螺杆加大、螺距加大、此法速度较快,但温升快且高,耗电量大,螺杆损耗大,维护成本高。

成本高此法成本低,反应特性差,不能适用于高速切削。需要大空间,高速运动时容易产生主轴单元振动而影响加工精度,刀具容易受磨损,寿命缩短。
Counterweight block: This method has low cost, poor reaction characteristics, and is not suitable for high-speed cutting. Large space is required, and high-speed motion can easily cause spindle unit vibration, which affects machining accuracy. Tools are prone to wear and tear, and their lifespan is shortened.

先将油缸安装在支架上,并带上螺丝(不可拧紧)。并将万向接头端安装于机头部件,锁紧后在将配重缸活塞杆拧入万向接头。
First, install the oil cylinder on the bracket and tighten it with screws (not to be tightened). And install the universal joint end on the head component, lock it tightly, and then screw the counterweight cylinder piston rod into the universal joint.
精度(垂直度 0.05mm 至 0.1mm 合格后),将机头下移至行程负极限,然后连接油压软管,将氮气瓶与配重缸连接,确保各接头锁紧后,打开氮气瓶截止阀,(注意:打开阀门时且不可直接旋至最大,应先将阀门把手逆时针旋转 45 度,间歇十秒左右,再将阀门逆时针旋至 ON)。
Accuracy (Verticality 0.05mm to 0.1mm is qualified), then move the machine head down to the negative limit of the stroke, connect the oil pressure hose, connect the nitrogen cylinder to the counterweight cylinder, ensure that all joints are locked, and open the nitrogen cylinder shut-off valve. (Note: When opening the valve, do not directly turn it to the maximum. First, rotate the valve handle counterclockwise by 45 degrees, with an interval of about ten seconds, and then turn the valve counterclockwise to ON).
以上步骤完成后,待缸体油压及氮气瓶内压力平衡后,即间歇 1-2 分钟后关闭截止阀,用扳手缓慢松开配重缸上油压软管接头,同时晃动油管,使空气可快速排出,此刻会有大量白色泡沫溢出,并伴强压力空气排出,待泡沫减少直至排出的全是压力油时护紧管接头,并确保锁紧,注意:松开油管接头时准备好回收排出压力油的容器。
After the above steps are completed, close the stop valve after the cylinder oil pressure and the pressure in the nitrogen cylinder are balanced, that is, after an interval of 1-2 minutes, slowly loosen the oil pressure hose connector on the counterweight cylinder with a wrench, and at the same time shake the oil pipe so that the air can be quickly discharged. At this moment, a large amount of white foam will overflow, and the pressure air will be forced to be discharged. When the foam is reduced until all the pressure oil is discharged, protect the pipe connector and ensure that it is locked. Note: when loosening the oil pipe connector, prepare a container to recover the discharged pressure oil.
安装完成后,查看系统 Z 轴电机电流负载数值,如果机床 Z 轴往上移动电流负载大往下移动电流负载小,如果两者电流负载数值之间的差值大于 25%,说明为氮气瓶压力过小,需补充压力;如果机床 Z 轴往上移动电流负载小,往下移动电流负载大,两者电流负载数值之间的差值大于 25%,则说明为氮气瓶压力过大,需泄压。从而保证机床良好的平衡状态。
After installation, check the current load value of the Z-axis motor in the system. If the Z-axis of the machine moves up with a large current load and down with a small current load, and the difference between the current load values is greater than 25%, it indicates that the nitrogen cylinder pressure is too low and needs to be replenished; If the Z-axis of the machine tool moves up with a small current load and down with a large current load, and the difference between the two current load values is greater than 25%, it indicates that the nitrogen cylinder pressure is too high and needs to be relieved. So as to ensure a good balance state of the machine tool.
截止阀扳手依逆时针缓慢旋转至 45 度先暂停,用手轻握油管时,会感觉液压油在管内流动。
Stop the globe valve wrench according to the counterclockwise rotation slowly to 45 degrees, gently hold the tubing with your hand, you will feel the flow of hydraulic oil in the pipe.
当液压油慢慢的充满管路及油压缸后再完全转到 90 度打开球阀,使油压缸的出力跟主轴头重量达到平衡。
When the hydraulic oil slowly filled pipeline and hydraulic cylinder and then fully turn to 90 degrees to open the ball valve, so that the output of the hydraulic cylinder with the spindle weight to achieve balance.
油压接头油管接头必须确认锁紧。每个环节都要非常谨慎,以免操作时出现漏油的情形。
Oil pressure joint oil pipe joint must be confirmed to lock. Every link should be very careful, so as not to occur during the operation of oil leakage.
警告:当机器运转中禁止关闭球阀;维修完全后一定要球阀打开,以免压力过高造成油管破裂或负载过大电源自动跳闸;球阀上的扳手请取下放置于工具箱,以免其他人员碰触开关造成意外或动作不良。
Warning: When the machine is running, do not close the ball valve; After complete maintenance, the ball valve must be opened to avoid excessive pressure that may cause the oil pipe to break or the power supply to trip automatically; Please remove the wrench on the ball valve and put it in the toolbox to avoid any accident or bad action caused by other people touching the switch.
拆下 B 螺帽必须使用二支扳手 A 14mm 扳手套在排气口的六角处支撑;B 17mm 扳手套在螺帽处逆时针转即可拆下螺帽。
Two wrenches must be used to remove nut B. A 14mm spanner is arranged at the hexagon point of the exhaust gas inlet for support; B 17mm wrench can be removed by turning counterclockwise at the nut.
C 针阀逆时针回转,用手转不动时,请用钳子轻夹银旋钮依指示方向转,B 口会排出氮气。
If the C needle valve turns counterclockwise and cannot be turned by hand, please gently clamp the silver knob with pliers and turn in accordance with the direction indicated. Nitrogen will be discharged from Port B.
当压力降至所需要压力时,C 针阀顺时针回转紧,B 口不再漏气。(用手转紧后,依步骤 4 试验还有再冒泡时,请用钳子轻夹银旋钮依指示方向转 30°~50°,再行步骤 4)。
When the pressure drops to the required pressure, the C needle valve turns clockwise to tighten, and the B port no longer leaks air. (After hand tightening, please use pliers to gently clamp the silver knob to turn 30°~50° according to the direction indicated, and then go to step 4 for further bubbling according to step 4).
用肥皂涂抹 B 口处,不冒泡即可。
Use soap to smear B mouth place, do not bubble can.
B 螺帽顺时针锁紧。
B nut tighten clockwise.
充气之前,请将截止阀关闭。
Close the globe valve before inflating.
拆除 B 排,加气保护帽。
Remove the B port gas charging protection cap.
将充氮装置一头 M141.5 接上并拧紧,打开氮气瓶大瓶开关后,将 C 泄压针阀打开。
Connect and tighten the end M141.5 of the nitrogun filing device. After opening the nitrogen bottle switch, open the C relief needle valve.
充氮完成后,请拧紧 C 泄压针阀。
After nitrogen filing, please tighten the needle valve of C sink.
用肥皂水涂抹 B 处,C 处,不冒泡即可。
Apply soapy water to B and C without bubbling.
将 B 口保护帽拧紧。
Tighten the protection cap of port B.
